You receive £100
When qualifying work is completed and paid for, we confirm the referral and arrange your reward. A damp survey can start the referral, but the survey fee alone does not trigger the reward.
Make a referral
Tell us who referred you.
To make sure the referral is recorded correctly, email Olympia with your name, contact details, project postcode, the service you need, and the name and contact details of the person who referred you.
We will confirm receipt and eligibility separately. The £100 reward applies only when qualifying work is completed and paid for; a standalone damp survey fee does not qualify.
Referral terms
Keep it simple and fair
These terms explain how the Olympia referral programme works.
New referrals
The referral must be recorded before, or at the same time as, the referred customer first enquires with Olympia.
Completed & paid
The £100 reward becomes due only after qualifying work is completed and Olympia has received payment in full.
Damp survey referrals
A damp survey can be the initial referred service. The survey fee itself does not trigger the reward; subsequent qualifying Olympia remedial works can qualify once completed and paid.
One reward per referred customer
One £100 reward applies per new referred customer, even where the customer instructs more than one item of work as part of the same initial project.
No self-referrals
The referrer and referred customer must be different people. Olympia may verify eligibility before issuing a reward.
Reward fulfilment
Olympia will contact the referrer using the verified details supplied and arrange the £100 reward after eligibility is confirmed.
